💉 All dogs MUST be up to date on all of their vaccinations before being allowed in to our facility. This includes rabies, distemper and kennel cough.

⛔️ Your dog's safety is our top priority. Therefore, we have a ZERO tolerance policy for aggression. If your dog displays aggression towards any other dog during their stay, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

🍒 We typically admit only neutered dogs. However, if your dog is not neutered, admission is possible with a security deposit of €50, and will depend on which other dogs are already here. The deposit is refundable at the end of the stay, provided there are no incidents. 

🦟 If fleas, ticks or other parasites are detected in your pet, you will be informed and Gimme a Paw will proceed with the treatment, with the owner being responsible for paying for the medication.

⏳ Dogs not picked up until the same check-in hour, will be charged an additional 5€ for late check-out. To avoid this fee, please be on time for pick up.

🧼 A cleaning fee (5€) and/or laundry fee (5€) may be applied in the event that the dog soils furniture or bedding. Additionally, dogs that shed excessively will also be subject to this fee. 

Reservation and Check-In:

• Reservations are recommended to ensure availability.

• A pre-payment of 30% of the total amount is required to secure a reservation.

• For stays longer than 7 nights, is mandatory a payment of 50% at the check-in.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

• A cancellation fee of 30% of the total amount, will be apply if canceled within 48 hours.

Dog Requirements:

• All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations, including rabies and kennel cough.

• Dogs should be on a regular flea and tick prevention program.

• Female dogs in heat cannot be accommodated if we already had a non neutered male.

Health and Behavior:

• Dogs must be in good health and free from any contagious diseases.

• Aggressive behavior towards staff or other guests is not tolerated.

Feeding and Medication:

• Owners are required to provide the dog's regular food to prevent dietary issues.

• Medications should be clearly labeled with instructions.  Oral medications can be administered at no additional cost.

Emergency Contact:

• Owners must provide an emergency contact number in case of unexpected situations.

Playtime and Socialization:

• Dogs will have supervised playtime with other dogs, unless requested otherwise.

• Special accommodations can be made for dogs that prefer individual play.

Bedding and Toys:

• Owners are encouraged to bring familiar bedding and a few favorite toys for the dog's comfort. 

• However, we are not responsible for damage caused to toys during playtime.

Check-Out:

• Late check-outs may incur additional charges.

Payment:

• The remaining of the total amount is due upon check-out.

• Additional charges for services not included in the initial booking will be settled at check-out.

Liability:

• While every precaution is taken to ensure the safety of the dogs, Gimme a Paw is not liable for any injury or illness.
