🔍 Prior to confirming any Cat Sitting service, we arrange a preliminary visit to familiarize ourselves with your feline companions, understand their unique habits, and ascertain the locations of essential items for subsequent visits.

🧹 At Gimme a Paw, we go beyond just cleaning the litter box, so whenever possible, have a broom, dustpan, and other cleaning supplies available for us to use and keep the litter box area clean.

💊 Help us make your cat's stay extraordinary by informing us about their favorite play activities, temperament, and any specific health considerations. Oral medications can be administered at no additional cost.

🐠 Remember, the more information you provide, the better we can tailor our services to make your cat happy! Ensure a purr-fectly delightful cat sitting experience by sharing details on feeding schedules, litter preferences, and any quirky behaviors your feline friend may have.

🪴 Enjoy the added convenience of complimentary plant watering and mail retrieval at no extra cost. 

Booking and Reservations:

• Reservations are recommended in advance to secure availability. 

• A pre-payment or deposit may be required to confirm bookings.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made within 48 of the scheduled visit may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Last-minute cancellations may result in a partial or full charge.

Key Exchange:

• Keys should be tested and provided well in advance of the scheduled cat sitting period.

• Key Concierge: For a small fee, I can pick up the sets of keys prior to your reservation and drop the keys off to you after your reservation. 

Cat Health and Behavior:

• Cats must be in good health and free from contagious diseases.

• Information about the cat's behavior, preferences, and any medical needs should be provided.

Feeding and Medication:

• Clear instructions and proper supplies, including food and medications, should be provided by the owner.

• Medications should be clearly labeled with dosage information. Medication administration has no extra cost.

Emergency Contact:

• Clients must provide an emergency contact number in case the cat sitter needs to reach them during the service.

Visit Duration and Frequency:

• Specify the frequency of each visit, including the number of visits per day.

Litter Box Maintenance:

• Clients should provide ample cat litter and instructions for maintaining the litter box.

Home Security:

• Ensure that the cat sitter is familiar with any security systems or procedures in place.

• Notify the cat sitter of any authorized individuals who may have access to the home.

Updates and Communication:

• The cat sitter will provide regular updates on the cat's well-being and activities during each visit.

• Clients are encouraged to communicate any changes or concerns promptly.

Payment:

• Single visit or up to 3 visits, payment must be made in full, by the day of the first visit.

• For more than 3 visits, 50% payment is requested in advance and the remainder at the end of the last day of service.

Liability:

• While every precaution is taken to ensure the safety and well-being of the cat, the cat sitter is not liable for any injury, illness, or unforeseen events.
