What services Gimme a paw offers? 

Our services are categorized into two groups: Our-Location Services and Your-Home Services. This includes an 8-hour Doggy Daycare option, overnight stays, 90-minute daily cat visits, and 45-minute dog walking sessions. The latter two can be scheduled once or twice a day to cater to your pet's needs. 

How do I book your services? 

Booking is easy! Reach out to us via booking@gimme-a-paw.eu or through our website. If it's your first time, we'll schedule a complimentary consultation to get better acquainted with your furry buddy. Upon confirming availability for your desired dates, we'll provide you with our Admission Form, which should be completed prior to check-in or your scheduled visit. 

Are your pet sitters and dog walkers trained and experienced? 

Absolutely! Auntie Letty brings a wealth of expertise to Gimme a Paw, backed by years of hands-on experience in caring for a diverse array of pets—ranging from dogs and cats to rabbits and hamsters. Her lifelong passion for animals, fostered by a childhood surrounded by furry friends, culminated in a postgraduate degree in Conservation and Rehabilitation of Marine Animals. With a solid background as a biologist, Auntie Letty possesses a unique skill set that sets Gimme a Paw apart. 

How do you ensure the safety of my pets during walks or visits? 

Safety is our top priority. We conduct thorough meet-and-greets, adhere to your pet's routines, and use secure leashes during walks. Additionally, we ask that any trigger must be informed to us in advance to ensure that nothing goes wrong.

Can I schedule recurring services for dog walks?

Certainly! We offer recurring services to fit your schedule. Let us know your preferred days and times, and we'll create a customized plan for your pet. 

What information do you need about my pet before providing services? 

We collect vital information about your pet's health, daily routines, preferences, and any special instructions during our initial consultation. For Dog Daycare and Dog Hotel services, we also provide an Admission Form before their stays, which must be completed at least 24 hours in advance. This meticulous process guarantees personalized care for each of our furry friends. 

How do you handle emergencies or unexpected situations? 

While we pride ourselves on the extensive measures we take to ensure your dog's safety, things happen. If your dog becomes injured or ill while in our care, rest assured that we have several veterinarians to contact you, including your pet's own veterinary clinic. We are vigilant 24/7 so that nothing bad happens to your furry child. We have a detailed emergency protocol in place. In case of unforeseen events, we'll contact you immediately and follow your pre-approved instructions for your pet's care. Owners are solely responsible for any incurred medical costs .

Can you administer medications to my pet? 

Yes, we are experienced in administering medications. Please provide clear instructions, and we'll ensure your pet receives the necessary care. 

Do you provide services during holidays or weekends? 

Absolutely! We understand that pets need care every day. Our services are available throughout the week, including holidays and weekends.

How can I pay for your services? 

We accept various payment methods, including MBWay, Cash and Bank Transfers. Payment details will be discussed during the booking process. 

Is there a cancellation policy? 

Yes, we have a cancellation policy. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee. 

How will I receive updates about my pet during your visits? 

We keep you connected every step of the way—whether it's through text messages or emails, capturing precious moments with abundant photos and videos during their stay or our visits. Open communication is our commitment to your peace of mind, allowing you to seamlessly follow their daily routine on our vibrant social media platforms.
